Can not find valid pkg-config name. 수정 및 해결 방법

pip로 mysqlclient를 설치하면서 다음과 같은 에러가 발생하였습니다.

해결방법

sudo apt-get install pkg-config python3-dev default-libmysqlclient-dev build-essential
